very slow connection and performance is not as expected

Good day team, I am happy to be with you. Unfortunately my server got hacked within the 1st few hours because the instance wasn’t hardened and you do not allow to log in with passwordless private keys. I have asked one of your engineers to have a look at the performance and he actually logged into my server which is a major concern for me. I had to run several hardening scripts to at least try and mitigate the hacking issue. You are welcome to contact me if you are interested in the scripts so you can bake it into your images.

I purchased a GPU server from their “Best Android Emulator VPS Hosting” section for $52/month, so I picked one of the better options, expecting it to run an Android emulator smoothly. Instead, the server was extremely unstable — crashing about twice per hour, showing black screens after reconnecting, and forcing me to reboot constantly (which wiped all emulator data each time, which is not normal). Performance was nowhere near what was promised. Bluestacks was laggy to the point I couldn’t even click the home button, and Genymotion didn’t boot at all. Even after receiving a replacement server, the exact same issues persisted: freezing, flickering graphics, and unusable performance. Support was another nightmare. Ticket support simply did not respond at all. Live chat support replied, but it could take up to 6 hours after I joined the chat for someone to actually connect. And the advice I eventually got? Restart your server — which is absurd, since a server is supposed to run continuously. When I finally requested a refund, support first told me it wouldn’t be possible because I had a dedicated server instead of a VPS server — even though I bought it from the VPS section in the first place. Who’s supposed to make sense of that? After more back-and-forth, they eventually refunded me — which is the only reason this review isn’t 1 star. If you need stable performance for Android emulation, look elsewhere.

Since 2024 customer service has gone down a lot, both in terms of quality and speed of response. Both by online chat and by trickes. The speed of support was one of the main reasons we chose you as a partner to host our services and servers with you. For any request they take a long time to give attention and response and repeat over and over again the same thing that is required or requested from the beginning.
