Dissapointed customer
Placed an order for several items 10 days ago, payment went to Hong Kong, no confirmation of delivery, no response to my email asking for an update. Lack of information on website, no address or contact number or chat avaliable. Not a great experience so far. Dissapointed customer. I have now had a reply advising my order will be shipped as soon as possible, so will update this review once the goods are received. Update! Goods eventually received but they are extremely poor quality manufactured out if what appears to be a very cheap nylon nothing like shown in their website , my wife is extremely disappointed and has requested a full refund will update with a response from Dashing Soul.

Discount offered AFTER I completed purchase :(
I would have given five stars for the shopping part, but I received a coupon for 12% off AFTER I placed my order. It would have been great to receive that before I made my purchase. :(

Not like their photos.
The “sweatshirt” I purchased did not look like the sweatshirt represented in their photos and was really the size of a medium though I ordered in 2X. If you want to return it, then you have to pay the shipping to CHINA.

Excellent Customer Service!
My sweatshirt arrived damaged (through no fault of this company, it happened in transit). Customer service was friendly, professional, and very quick to resolve my issue! Would recommend sizing up, but would definitely order from them again. :)

Sizes run small
Sizes run small, so order a size or two up. But customer service was great in helping me fix my issues. Friendly and fast. My hoodies were super cute.
