Would like to return they make it difficult to do. Poor Quality. does not match photos at all. Very bright and cheap material

Les articles sont bien arrivés mais la coupe des vêtements est catastrophique. J'ai pris deux t-shirt et un sweat à capuche. L'un des t-shirt et le sweat paraissent immenses alors que j'ai pris une taille en dessous de la mienne. Par contre le deuxième t-shirt est à la bonne taille. Les manches semblent ne pas être coussues au bon endroit. Le sweat est très doux quand on l'enfile, ce qui était une bonne surprise. Par contre l'imprimé est de mauvaise qualité et un peu flou. Je ne porterai ces vêtements que chez moi. Je ne me vois pas sortir avec dans la rue.

I purchased a tunic top which the sleeves are way too long and no room for female hips so it rides up. The t-shirt was big in the body, tight in the hips and drooping shoulders. The sweat shirt is OK. Reviews said it was thin fabric. I feel the opposite. The hood is double fabric as is the lower seam. It is very much a colder climate winter shirt. They say 100% refundable. Not so much. They offer 10% refund, 20% off another purchase or you pay for expensive return to china. I will not be buying from them again. When ordering it does not state where it is coming from or that it takes awhile to arrive.

I loved the designs they were offering, so I bought a tee, a long hoodie, and a necklace. The necklace is fine, (although I liked the unique style, it does not stay put and I find myself having to constantly fix it), but the tee had spots on it that were obviously from the ink not being dry when the item was folded; the long hoodie I "might" wear at some point, but I really don't like the fit or feel of the material. The quality control or lack thereof is suspect. Not sure why the neck area has to be so incredibly oversized. This was my first time buying, and it will be my last. Follow-up: After contacting the company I was told that I would have to cover the cost if returning the item or they could give me a 20% off coupon for my next purchase. That is assuming I would EVER buy from DashingSoul again; I absolutely would not. Hey, I understand that if I just didn't order the correct size or changed my mind, that would be on me, but the t-shirt as mentioned originally, had transfer stains from ink that was not dry and the top is totally unwearable. They will not refund me my money for the defective top. Beware folks!! That's around $80 that I might as well have flushed down the toilet.

So disappointed. I bought the v neck t shirt aqua octopus design in a larger size as suggested. The colours are lovely but the fit is awful. I won't be able to wear it. Too broad in the shoulders and narrow at the hips and the v neck is high up so it just looks frumpy. It took weeks to get here and I can't see any way of returning it. Really gutted. :-(

Consegna non male, considerato l'invio dagli Usa, il resto pessima esperienza. Foto non corrispondenti, taglio dei prodotti di scarsa qualità come i materiali. Stampa non in capo. Manca l'etichetta dei materiali. Colori falsati. Non userò i prodotti! Vestono malissimo. - - - Aggiorno la mia recensione. Il produttore ha risposto e si è offerto di fare un parziale rimborso della somma che ho pagato. Ho apprezzato questa proposta, dato che era impossibile il reso.

Awesome items I kept seeing on Facebook. Stupidly, I decided to buy some (hey, it said "30 day refund guaranteed," so no risk, right)? Well, the items arrived (from China), and the material on all the shirts and sweatshirts is this cheap, shiny, polyester, like a grandma wore in 1985. I contacted them for a return, and they said, sure, but YOU have to pay to send it all back to China. This is not the return policy I am accustomed to.

When I ordered my merchandise I had no idea it would take 2 months to arrive. I ordered it the first part of February and now received a notice it would arrive sometime the first part of April. This is insane. Long sleeve season will be over by that time. AVOID this place unless you can wait 2 months while they keep your money.
