DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE SHOP!!! Products were not made with the highest quality fabrics as advertised. They were shiny and felt like plastic not at all like the images. The colours didn’t even come close to what was ordered. I was initially offered 10% of my next purchase but declined as I will never wear the clothes I just bought. I asked for a return address only to be provided with an address that did not exist when I went to post them. Finally I was offered a 50% refund but ONLY IF I GAVE THEM A 5 STAR REVIEW!!!! I am not going to do that as it is extortion and misleading to potential future customers!!!! Worst online shopping experience ever!

Products are not as advertised. The product descriptions include waist, bust and hip size measurements as a guide to sizing, but many products are not manufactured to the stated measurements. Even when shown proof of the bogus measurements, Dashingsoul refuses to provide refunds or to take any responsibility for selling mislabeled products. Instead, they might offer a “discount” for new purchases. How insulting to their customers. Do not patronize this website. Dashing soul in an email offered to reship the product to me for free if I give them a 5-star review. I consider that to be EXTORTION and highy UNETHICAL !! And it is not the full refund I am entitled to for paying for a defective product. So the company is showing its true nature—unethical, unreliable and indifferent to its customers. Linda McCarthy

Very unhappy with this company and would never do business with them again. Ordered 3 items & it took 23 days to receive - was shipped from Wuhan, China. One item was as advertised, one was the wrong item & one was horrible quality & workmanship. Requested to return the 2 unacceptable items for a refund. Company asked for photos of the items (reasonable) then asked for pics of the barcodes, then in a fourth email say I must pay for return shipping back to China which they say is expensive. If I keep the terrible items they will refund 15%. Their reply said, "Dear Katherine Morgan, We apologize for your unpleasant experience. We regret to inform you that returning the item will incur a significant cost. It's our pleasure to offer a 15% refund as our appreciation for keeping the items." Return information is as follows: Name: Hu Yue Address: Building 5, Gate 6, Elevator C, 6th Floor, Jinfeng Industrial Technology Incubation Park, No. 887 Changchun West Road, Hutang Village, Xiaoshun Town, Jindong District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China. Zip code: 321000 They are willing to ship me the item that was not sent correctly but refuse to consider the poor quality item. Very disappointing. Terrible customer service and sub-par business practice. Buyer beware.

Dashingsoul sells misshapen products of inferior quality! They refuse to credit my accout for the unwearable clothing. Two identicle items of the same size are completely different. They offer no pre-paid return label. I am working with my bank on refunding my money and the FTC to close them down! Do not purchase from Dashingsoul!

The contact email is not deliverable. Not a good sign. I tried 4 times based on info in return policies

Minderwertige Kleidung. Übermäßig groß und einfache Verarbeitung. War bei Bestellung nicht ersichtlich dass Rücksendungen nach China versendet werden müssen. Es entstehen hohe Portokosten und man muss sich mit Zoll in Verbindung setzen. Nur Ärger und Frust, nie wieder.

Warning! Do not buy any products from this seller. Expensive prices for cheap, synthetic materials, low quality prints and badly fitting clothing, not as pictured or advertised. They will not process a refund unless you pay for return postage to China. This is a scam. Update 5th Feb: Update 5 February: In response to Dashingsoul’s public comment on this review stating that they contacted me by email, I have not received any follow-up email from them regarding a resolution. My previous email correspondence with the seller did not result in a satisfactory outcome, and the subsequent PayPal case also did not resolve the issue. The public response here suggests support that I have not experienced in practice. (yes, I checked my spam folder)

It's bad enough that the designs are clearly not credited, and the fabric is garbage, but the print quality is _atrocious_. I ordered 3 pieces with Hokusai's Great Wave and I got a print of an awful discolored JPG, complete with compression artifacts like it was downloaded from someone's ICQ profile picture in 1996. After reading the reviews here in not going to even bother to try and send them back, I'm just going to leave them on the street and hope to see some local junkie wearing them with style a week from now.
