Theresa, Thank you so much for your kind words, and for being part of the Darwin’s family for 15 years! That truly means the world to us. We’re especially glad to hear that Jorge was able to support you so thoughtfully during your transition. Taking the time to plan, get the details right, and make things easier for you (and your dog) is exactly the level of care we strive for. We’ll be sure to pass along your praise to him, it will mean a lot! Thank you again for your continued trust and support. We’re so grateful to have you with us.

Hi Peggy, Thank you for sharing this feedback. We’re so glad to hear you’ve been happy with our meals overall! We’re sorry to hear about the packaging concern, though. That’s definitely not the experience we want for you, and we understand how frustrating that can be. Did you receive the defrosting tub we sent in your first order? I know that you have been with us for over 5 years, so I don't know if you didn't receive the defrosting tub in your first box or if you just need a new one. These are free to you, so please contact customer service if you need a new one. Thank you, Peggy.

Hi Karen, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I show in your account that you contacted us on 05/06, and our customer service managers set up a replacement order for you. You told Nicole that your order arrived on 5/6, but your tracking number shows it arrived on 4/29. This sounds like maybe UPS delivered to the wrong address, and the person who received it delivered your box to you a few days later. They probably did not realize that your box was full of frozen pet food. I am glad you contacted us, and we had the opportunity to set up a replacement order for you. Thank you, Karen.
