Hello Stephen, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We really appreciate your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear you don’t have concerns about the quality of the product itself, though we completely understand how frustrating it can be when a picky cat doesn’t take to something new. Cats imprint on their food, so when you introduce something new, if it doesn't smell, have the same shape, texture, or temperature, they don't recognize it as food. We also hear your concern about our refund policy. Because our meals are perishable, we aren’t able to accept returns once the product has shipped. We don't refund first box orders, because we provide a 50% discount. That said, we recognize how important transparency is, and your feedback is valuable as we continue improving how we communicate expectations up front.
