Hi, Thank you so much for sharing Dolly's story! We are honored to have been part of her journey for the past 11 years. It's wonderful to hear that she's thriving, staying fit, and looking younger than her years. Labs like Dolly are exactly why we're so passionate about providing high-quality nutrition. We also appreciate you bringing your packaging concern to our attention. While our meals are designed to arrive frozen and remain safe when properly stored and handled, we understand why an occasional seal issue would be concerning. Feedback like yours helps us continue to improve, and we'd love the opportunity to learn more about your experience. Please reach out to our Customer Experience team with any details or photos of the affected packaging so we can investigate further. Thank you again for your trust and support over the years.
