I’ve been buying Darwin’s for years and while I like the product the delivery is almost always very poor. Yesterday I received my order and it looked like it was dropped several times from a height of 4 or 5 feet. This matters because it affects the packing materials inside which are meant to keep the meat cool. Some of the meat was partially defrosted. It’s really challenging. Delivery right now is via UPS who is typically good, just not with meat.

This is the closest to what my dog would eat that is natural food for a dog. Also keeps me from veterinary visits because my dog is eating what it is suppose to eat.

We've been feeding Darwin's Pet since our lovely dog was a puppy - 5 years. He is thriving. He's come a long way from being a rescue. I trust and highly recommend Darwin's. Yes it's pricy but worth it for the quality and service - it's peace of mind.

I will never feed my dogs another food!! Darwin’s is not only super convenient with their pre-made raw, they’re go one step further to make sure every customer is happy. I have never had an issue that hasn’t been resolved! My dogs are so healthy and I always get compliments on how gorgeous their coats and teeth are. I have Darwin’s to thank for that!!

Over the last 2 years only 2 orders have been delayed a few days for delivery. Every order has been delivered frozen and well packaged. We are very happy with the orders. Customer service has been very responsive and helpful every time we have had questions. This is a 10/10 company and we will continue to buy from here for as long as the service is available. Thank you.

My dog loves raw food but won't eat yours. Maybe try another organ other than liver because my dog won't touch anything with liver in it.
