I am very happy for the most part with the food that I receive from you but I occasionally get squares that are gray and smell old. I still don't like the packaging which is difficult to use if you don't use a whole square of food at a time. I realize these are small complaints in comparison to food quality etc. but they are still annoying. Overall I am very pleased with the quality and the excellent customer service I have always received.

Their raw food is excellent and they have great customer service, support and communication. My 3 year old Shetland Sheepdog has been on it since he was 4 months old and he is healthy with a beautiful coat and teeth.

What can I say - all of my cats absolutely love their food, and I have six, so that's a lot of purr-sonalities and varrying tastes! Knowing that they're getting an extremely hig-quality food is unspeakably important to me, but the way it tastes is all the cats care about, and this hits the mark! Every whisker waits attentively at feeding time and they all eat every last nibble on their plates

Can’t say enough about the food and the folks. This was my second rescue dog who could not tolerate any commercial foods. Darwin’s changed the health profile on both, and gave each of them much better health and for more years than anyone would have predicted for them early on. If I ever needed help, it was done quickly and to their best ability. I was fortunate to find Darwin’s many years ago, and to have their products and service stay consistently above the bar!

The food seems like it’s good quality but every now and then there is a packet that is discolored. Also, the packaging leaks when thawed which is disgusting. I had to get a plastic container to put in the fridge so the juices wouldn’t get everywhere.
