The best raw food I’ve found. Good value and quality food. Never had an issue with it. My 13 year old bulldog is strong and heathy because he’s been on this food for years!!

Until you changed your system to provide your customers with "a new online experience," I had no problems with Darwin's. Your people have always been very helpful, friendly, and understanding. Unfortunately, when your website updates recently cancelled my credit card information and put a "pause" on my subscription, I was prepared to go with a new pet food provider. For years, I have had a subscription (paying hundreds of dollars each month) for raw dog and cat food, and my credit card works just fine, so I was more than a little irate to get an email telling me that my "payment failed" and my "order could not be processed." When I finally got someone to return my call, the agent was very helpful and explained the situation. I had to re-enter all of my credit card information to get my subscription re-established, but I had to cancel my current order because it would ship too late and run into my next order. Although very annoying, everything now seems to be back to normal, and I will continue to order Darwin's pet food for my dog and cats.
