I've been a customer of Darwins for so many years I can't remember! My cats and I love your great and healthy food. I had an orange female who lived yo be 21 years old, I give Darwins a lot of credit! Thank you! 🥰

My dog has been eating Darwins for 2 years and loves it. However im giving 3 stars bc the packaging has gone down hill in the past few months. Its summer time and for the past 2 months our dog food has been almost soft bc they stopped putting the ice packets in it. It sucks and to prevent my dog from getting sick we're thinking about switching companies.

I have been happy with the product overall. The difficulty we have in the summer months is getting the shipment while it is still in the frozen state. Everytime we recieve a shipment the dry ice is completely gone and the much of the contents are partially thawed. I have talked to customer service about this issue and have been assured that as long as the contents are at 40 degrees it is safe but in my opinion a frozen product should stay frozen during shipment.
