EXCELLENT food with great customer service! I've been feeding Darwin's to my dogs for a few years and have tried other raw brands but nothing compares to how my dogs do on Darwin's. I also appreciate the convenient packaging and freshness of the food.

as the shipment was delayed by UPS for an extra day, the product was unfrozen mostly when it arrived at my house. You should add more ice to ensure that the sort of situation doesn’t result in warm product. When I called your customer service, they said it was fine to refreeze, but I don’t think that’s a good idea so I wasted over $200 on this shipment.

Hi, Kenneth. we’re so sorry your order arrived mostly thawed. We know how important it is for your pet’s food to stay frozen on arrival. Please call our Customer Care team at 877-738-6325 so we can review your order and help make this right.

My 18 1/2 year old cat is thriving on Darwin's kidney support food. He gained back all of the weight that he had lost, 3 pounds, from his disease. I had tried other k/d foods but they were not as helpful for him. I wish that I had known about Darwin's food years ago!!! The support team answers all of my questions and are extremely helpful and pleasant. A+++for Darwin's food and company!

We have used Darwin’s for close to a decade and feel it is one of the reasons our senior cats had such great health. The company is very transparent and communicative, especially with the recent bird flu concerns. My one sore spot had been making order changes via the website - I think most of the issues have been ironed out and it would never be a reason for me to not recommend them. I am extremely grateful for their products and service.

My cat loves this food! He is such a healthy boy since starting his raw diet, plus his fur is so so soft. Their customer service team is great too—I had some issues with UPS shipping and they were very willing to resolve the problem and sent me another order for free. I will never stop feeding my cat Darwin's.
