I ordered two wild boar ribs and a smoked duck breast and I received the order on time as everyone of my orders before, and this was October 8, 2026 and when I opened the box I was very shocked at what I was receiving from them, never before had I received a sad looking order from them before but I didn’t get angry with them because I knew that this had to be a mistake weather it’s a very low stock or a new employee who wasn’t aware of their standards! Because I’ve ordered a lot of meats from them before and this was the first time I’ve had to contact them about not being too happy with my order and their response was very swift, Ms Christine was so very polite to me about my order and how she was upset that I didn’t receive what I ordered, my ribs were not near the weight that was stated and within a few minutes she emailed me apologizing and saying she was going to reship my order and that I would receive it on October 9,2026 and just like she said my replacement order was at my door before 2 o clock and let me tell you that I was very very satisfied with my order so to the D’Artagnan company you’ve hired a very special and valuable employee when you hired Ms Christine, she has everything that it takes to make this company grow into a very respectful company just like they say if your word doesn’t mean anything to you then you don’t mean anything to your customers! I was very grateful and impressed with the way Ms Christine handled my situation with her quick response and that everything she said was a fact! And that meant a lot to me! So again thank you Ms Christine I look forward to purchasing from your company many years to come, you’re one of the great ones! And I truly mean that! Thank you!
