good evening, the customer ( ty williams ) has received his products with also a refund even though our policy statement clarify that after the order is received we do a full investigation before we send a replacement or a refund, I choose to offer a refund directly to the customer plus a replacement and after his threats and abusive messages on our Instagram account I canceled the replacement, thank you so much for your time and your experience with us, and we will do our best offer the suitable and enjoyable experience to our clients.
