I love the leather. The look, the feel. My wife likes the leather and feel also. My gripe is the hog tie *air quotes* chains *air quotes* that feel like plastic snapped first use. That really annoyed me with the money spent

I never got my order nor received any actual solution. I wrote a review here, nothing! But I keep on receiving spam via email which is deeply frustrating, I replied and guess what? Still nothing UPDATE On October 4th, they contacted me, offering a reshipment. They shared info that the package did arrive A YEAR later (I cannot confirm nor deny since I moved from that continent 10m ago!) But after several emails I agreed on the re shipment which arrived on 10/23 after less than 2 weeks of being processed and sent to the country I’m living in currently. I’m updating the rating to a 3. Because even though I value the fact that the replacement was sent it took more than a year to arrive. So (1+5)/2 = 3

22AUG21: After ordering my package, I did not receive any shipping updates. There was also not response from customer service. 11NOV21: After placing this review I got a response from Dark Rozi and the package was shipped within 2 days. I received everything in about 2 weeks from the shipping date. The quality of the leather was not fantastic but it looks pretty alright overall, worth the sale price. I bought it for a costume and it will make do. There was also a smell to the product, which I've tried to air out over 2-3 days.

Hey, i bought one of your harnesses, the quality is brilliant, but they do not hold up well if you put them to the test. Of course not extreme, but they should hold up a little more…The metal rings just open up. Why do they have cuts? I think they should be fixed or at least not be that easy to open. My girlfriend tried to pull away her hands from her tighs and the metal ring opened up almost effortlessly which indeed was a turnoff… Please fix this problem!

Not a scam but boy does it take a long time for products to arrive. "Customer service" is also very confused and seems unable to track where the packages may be
