ordered over a month ago, no shipping info, no updates, no responses from emails on status, no ability to cancel. The order was supposed to be a birthday gift. the birthday has past. what am i supposed to do with this now?

Do not buy from them. Like many others, purchased before in 23’ and 24’ with no issues until now, in 26’. No response from many emails. They say you can’t request refund until after 45 days. Banks often won’t let you dispute the charge this long after purchase. It’s been 5 months.

No stars if I could!!! Ordered 16 April it’s now July 13 and received a “marketing email” as early as yesterday but have ignored all my emails and still never received my item. Convenient that you can’t use any other methods of payment life afterpay so you can chase a refund easier. No replies to ANY emails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS! I will be lodging a complaint with every authority I can to retrieve my funds. Instagram only started in April 2025 with 13.3k followers and no/barely any comments should have been enough to tell me to run!

i would rate this 0 stars if i could. i placed my order on may 10. it took 10 days to be told it was “preparing for shipment”. today is june 12 and it still has not been updated. it’s been over one month since i placed my order. i cannot get in touch with anyone to get an update. do not order from this company. it’s a complete scam.
