Beautiful product and great customer service! (my package was delayed due to COVID and they were very friendly)

I recommend with confidence :) kindness, quality, promptness :) order you too :)

Horrendous. Money taken from my account start of March and still no product. I have asked for a refund countless times and they have said no each time as ‘its already shipped.’ Eventually they agreed that if it hadn’t arrived by an agreed date I would get my refund. The date passes - no product - so I email for my refund. ‘Sorry queen we can’t refund you because it’s already shipped’ Scam scam scam

Whenever i was uncertain about the shipping or the product I get almost instant response which always made me smile, the customer service is very friendly and is working hard for every costumer they have which i preciate a lot! The products are great for sure gonna buy more!
