The customer service was excellent and they sent me updates about my order throughout the process, which was great. The item came really quickly and looks so much better in person. Will definitely be ordering again, and no complaints whatsoever.

This is my all-time favourite goth store out there. I've been a buyer for almost a year and I have to admit their clothing comes close to NOTHING less than perfection. The shipping is super fast and very accurate, but most importantly the articles are well secured and always so so beautiful to look at! I'm in love. I 100% recommend you to buy from them.
