When I tried ordered the one I was really looking forward but eventually it was out of stock I was bit sad. Eventually they were really generous to change my order to something else. Which I was appreciated. I will look forward to getting new clothes in future. thank you Darkincloset

My experience with DarkinCloset was excellent. The item I bought was of top quality. It had the 3D stitching, fully lined jacket, and very high quality in every way. The shipping was also very fast and I am very happy all the way around. Good Service, Super fast shipping and quality product. Thank you and I would do business with again.

I ordered a wedding gown through dark in closet and I'm so happy I chose this dress. The customer service was amazing and they were very prompt returning emails during their business hours (I'm on the other side of the world) as well as very thorough to make sure I sent the correct custom measurements. I requested to have the dress slightly altered to not include a specific design and they accommodated me with no issues. The dress took about a month to custom make which I expected and once the dress shipped I received it within a week. I did have to get some further alterations done however I fully expected that since no wedding dress fits perfect when you buy it. The alterations I need are minor and not because of a mistake they made. The dress is gorgeous and I cannot wait to wear it at my wedding!

Fast delivery and an incredible good costumer service (they constantly ask if the parcel arrived, if everything is in order, etc).

I was given a full refund. It took a while to get to that point but i’m glad i didn’t lose my money and glad someone helped throughout that process.

I ordered the "Dark in Love Black Gothic Decadent Off-the-Shoulder Long Sleeve Cocktail Party Dress" from the store. It was shipped in five days and arrived just three days later. As to the dress itself, I am very satisfied with it, it completely matches the advertised appearance, it is comfortable and well-made. 10/10
