He also took care of validating the price to also the availability of my desired product. Customer service was good and I was satisfied by the products. Danube home offers a wide variety of products, and service which can help you find the best quality and deals to fit your needs.

They are too lazy or don't care about the client, so am supposed to find space for them to be able to fix a closet and instead of a solution they chose to cancel the order and I have to wait for 10 days even for the refund. No customer service no reasoning no common sense. Never purchase from them cause their services are crap. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Danube Properties.When I told Danube Properties I couldn’t go ahead with the finance, they completely went back on their word. During their promotional visit, they had clearly said that if finance didn’t work out, I would get a refund. But once I said I couldn’t proceed, they simply refused to return my deposit. I paid the deposit when their team came to Australia on May 3rd, and ever since, I’ve been chasing them with no proper updates. I’ve emailed and called multiple times, but all I get are vague responses or no reply at all. Their customer service is useless — all they do is forward emails to “the team” and no one ever follows up. The people who were in constant contact before payment — Premdeep Prathap, Pallavi, and Abhishek Rajguru— became unresponsive the moment they got the money. It honestly feels like they just disappear after the sale is made. They also told us the property included car parking, and then later denied that was ever part of the deal. This whole experience has completely broken my trust in them. 👉 To anyone from overseas — especially from Australia, the UK, or USA — please be very careful. Don’t rely on verbal promises. Get everything in writing before handing over your money. They may sound convincing when selling, but once they have your deposit, getting straight answers is next to impossible. I regret dealing with Danube Properties and hope others don’t go through what I did. even one start rating is also useless for them.

Bad quality and worst service. Please stay away. If a product breaks on second day of delivery and not responding to the complaint- what kind of business is that??

I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The representatives made several promises that were not kept, and the delivery of my product was significantly delayed. Despite assurances that I would receive a call back, I never did.
