100% dissappointed with their services . Never buy anything from Danube because the experience we had with them today was non justified. We have ordered a sofa bed worth 2400/- dhs . And they agreed to deliver in 3 working days . That is the only reason we bought from Danube . Because our parents have come so we need a bed for them. So 3rd day product arrived after long wait. When their 2 staffs tried installing the product - the package was having wrong items. Half of the parts where our ordered sofa bed but half part they sent wrong So they couldn’t Install it. Whe we contacted the customer care - a guy called Muhammed zaki had behaved very very badly . He was not accepting the mistake initially. He said it happens during Packing. He haven’t asked a sorry and he said it’s just the Danube packing department mistake . So customer have to bare all this . Why should we ??? If thy sent wrong item it’s their mistake . So we asked them to do something and make the delivery asap. He said he don’t know when is the delivery and it may take days….. Very horrible experience . We didn’t get the product yet!!!! We lost the trust with Danube and we will never buy anything from them

The GCC's Worst Customer Service. I purchased several items online from Danube Home's website. I wanted to schedule delivery to furnish my new apartment as soon as I move in. Over the course of 7 days, I called, texted, WhatsApped, emailed, requeste call-backs over 9 times and got zero responses from them. I would never ever trust their after-sales services if anything goes wrong if they don't respond at all.

WARNING Never buy from them, they refused my return request saying that the item is opened but its still in the plastic cover and bag and I sent them pictures for that. Buy from more reputable brands not this one!!!

Very bad service I’m still waiting for my refund it’s over 20 days so tired of the BS story from the customer services they don’t call back and some agents are so damn rude. I’m done waiting for my refund . Tired of false stories. I want my money back.

I am extremely disappointed with Danube. The chandelier I purchased for several thousands AED lasted only a few months before it stopped working, which already shows poor product quality. What frustrated me even more was the terrible service and complaint process. It took almost three months, with repeated calls and wasted time, bringing wrong transformers, service team not qualified to repair or troubleshoot. And after all that, the only solution offered was a credit note with short validity, basically forcing us to buy something else which not fit our home style. This is not acceptable. I expected better from a company like Danube. Instead, I am left very unhappy with both the products and the way customers are treated. I would strongly caution others to think twice before purchasing from Danube Home. Customer success at Danube is just a word written on titles and papers, but nothing they truly live up to since i am here now writing a bad review about them.

I was the only customer in the store in RAK at 15:40 hrs and all the employees saw me but no one came forward to assist. I then approached one of their counters for assistance and very very reluctantly did one of them even consider to assist. When I went to pay for the water dispenser, I asked to use my NBD Plus points and they said they cannot, so I made the payment. Once the payment was made, the sales person asks me to go to their warehouse to collect the water dispenser and when I said I would like to have it delivered to me at the store, the cashier also said its for my own good to collect from their whse behind. When I politely insisted I want it delivered here at the store, they all just smirked and wouldn't even bother to arrange it to get to the store. In anycase, since I was in a hurry, I went to their whse behind and there was no one to attend there, so I waited and after sometime, a person came and arranged to give me the dispenser. Overall, a very sad experience with zero customer service and work ethics by all working at the store.

Great experience at Danube Home in Sharjah Furniture Complex, Sharjah, UAE! The staff were friendly and always smiling, offering excellent customer service. Prices were very reasonable, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive some extra freebies with our purchase. Farhan was helpful. Highly recommended for quality and value! One small recommendation: Hope they can have a free delivery service soon.
