I had an excellent experience with Basem Salem at Danube Home Mussafah. He was extremely professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about providing great customer service. He went out of his way to make sure I was able to get my item online and it’s the correct measurements and will fit my request and even followed up with me the next day to ensure everything was completed smoothly. Truly outstanding support — thank you, Basem Salem!
