I bought a bong and received a package 3 weeks after when they GUARANTEE 2-6 days, I finally received my package and my bong was broken in half. Being that is the way I received it, I emailed support for a replacement. They did not want to give a replacement instead offered 20% off my next item. HORRIBLE customer service, they never pick up the phone& HORRIBLE response to a received broken item. Do not waste your money on this company as they do not care about loyal customers.

By far the worst smoke shop I’ve ever ordered from. Didn’t receive my full order and they won’t refund me or take the garbage they sent for refund. Will absolutely never be shopping here again. STAY AWAY FROM DANKSTOP!

arrived quickly! love the content even though i can still smell the product even when it's all zipped up. it's okay though, just store the kit in another closed container with a dryer sheet and it'll be fine.

I’m happy with the product and I’m glad I could take advantage of the fall discount. However, I ordered my product and heard nothing for a week and a half. I had to open a support ticket to end up being told I had to provide proof of identity for my order to be processed. This was fine, I provided proof without issue, but why wasn’t I told about this when I placed the order? Why did I have to be the one reaching out to get this info? I could have cut out a week and a half of waiting had I been informed. I brought this up in my support ticket and got a non answer when I asked the same questions. I really want to support your company because I’ve used you in the past, but I also don’t want to sit in limbo for a week and a half and do the leg work to fix the situation. We’ll see if I make another order
