Tried to order a bong , order cancelled for security reasons . Same bank and billing address for 20 yrs , 815 FICO score , high limit card zero balance No idea why they would put a security alert on my order . They debit my card , refund it then debit again and put the order through without telling me Here I am thinking the order is cancelled meanwhile there’s the box on the doorstep Pain in the ass

I expected there to be more filtration then was advertised. I did not take huge rips, rather went with the suggestion to take smaller slower hits. Is there additional filtering available for this product?

I was sent the wrong product after placing an online order. The product ( electronic device) I was sent was also used and not new. No retail packaging, scuffed and scratched. I reached out to support and was ridiculed for requesting an exchange. Avoid this company.

Made a mistake with my order. Immediately messaged their support team to get it fixed, who then actually worked to expedite the order through faster JUST to make it so the order couldn't be cancelled, and I would have to be there during delivery to deny accepting the package just to get a refund. Extremely unprofessional and underhanded of them. Do NOT work with Dankstop. If you have any issues, they will actively work to NOT fix it. Terrible.

On may 5th, I ordered 7 items from your website stating that my items were in stock along with their advertisement stating “if u order before 2pm it will be shipped that day” Fast forwarding to May 9th, I received a partial of the order that day(1 out of 7 items) Using the delivery tracking app the website suggested came to find out All the items I order all have different tracking numbers and they r being shipped SEPARATELY! I’m EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED due to the fact that the advertisement stated on the website wasn’t lived up to. David
