I haven't had bad experiences with Daniels Trading, but the experience so far hasn't been good. My broker is not at all responsive to texts or e-mails. It can be days before I get a response. I've had to contact him multiple times to get a response some times. Frequently his answer is "I don't know." That isn't very encouraging. This is particularly the case when I have questions about the trading platform. I don't think it's asking too much for the broker to be more than proficient at the platform and able to educate me. In fact, I sort of expect the broker to be an expert. The platform itself is very limited in that the studies, indicators, and such are very basic. I use another charting service for my analysis, then execute my trades on the Daniels Trading platform. Minor inconvenience, but I can work around that. Glitches in the charts do slow me down, and my broker has not been able to help me correct that. In fact, he doesn't seem particularly concerned or interested. Another disappointment is availability to markets. I subscribe to the ICE exchange, yet am unable to trade Canola. When I asked about it (several times) I finally got the answer that it's just the way it is. It isn't available. For the lack of service, I may as well be trading with a bigger, anonymous company for cheaper rates. I am shopping around, but with all the glowing praise I've seen in these reviews, I'm wondering if it's any better at another company. Update: Despite the professional sounding reply, no one has contacted me. This evening I tried to log onto the platform and it won't load. I've contacted my broker twice, but again he seems either uninterested or unconcerned about my problem. Daniels is making it quite easy to switch brokers.

I have been with Daniels for a number of years now, my broker being Scott Hoffman, and now Don DeBartolo- Great service and follow through! Highly recommended.
