*I w
anted to inform you that I had and received many messages to work with Fifth Force, as you well know I felt obliged to inform you that the FINANCIAL DIRECTOR MR. DANIEL NATHAN DOES NOT RETURN THE MONEY FROM THE INVESTMENTS LET ALSO THE PROFITS GENERATED FROM THEM, ALTHOUGH MR. NATHAN SAYS THAT HE MOVES ON WITH HIS LIFE, APPARENTLY HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING OR ANYONE. DESPITE THE FACT THAT I TRIED TO CONTACT YOU ONCE MORE AND AS YOU SAY ONLY YOU MATTER AND NO ONE BUT YOU*

Honestly
Honestly, I've never met such a dishonest broker. He lured me in with his lies and once he had me he really dropped the ball, basically by charging me double what we had agreed on. No thanks. He also told me it would be too hard for me to download your trading platform so he would have to do my trades for me. He couldn't even do that right without making multiple mistakes. He cost me a lot of money. Turns out downloading dtpro was very easy. Good riddance. I'm taking my business to tdameritrade..... Only $2.25 each side, which is all I ever wanted.
You guys really need to listen to what was actually said, not just the way you want to interpret what was said.

Dave,
Daniels Trading strives to meet the unique needs of each client when it comes to commission structure and trading style, and we apologize for any misunderstanding between you and your broker. We email daily statements to our clients that include commission information in order to provide complete transparency into account activity. The charges on your daily statements have been consistent with the commission rate range discussed with your broker on numerous occasions and those rates have been honored since you began trading with us. Additionally, we have reviewed the communication between you and your broker, as well as the trading activity in your account, and there is no evidence that your broker was dishonest or misled you in any way. Lastly, your broker invested significant time and effort in communicating with you, including time outside of traditional business hours, so we are very comfortable with the level of service you received. While your futures trading journey with Daniels Trading has come to an end, we genuinely wish you the best of luck going forward.

I trusted Daniels Trading but they didn't trust me
I have happily dealt with Daniels Trading for 7 years, developing a trusting relationship with a broker after the terrible experience I had in November 2011 when MF Global stole all the money out of my commodity brokerage account and promptly declared bankruptcy.
At Daniels Trading, on November 14, 2018 I was short a number of January natural gas futures contracts when natural gas pricing took an unprecedented spike upwards. This put my account in negative territory. Rather than call me to see what I wanted to do, Daniels Trading and Gain Capital just closed all my positions at a huge loss….WITHOUT A PHONE CALL. Given an opportunity, I would have closed a number of positions and wired funds to more than cover the margin requirements….and I would be continuing to trade with Daniels Trading. I have trusted them with my money for 7 years now. But they shafted me without a phone call because they didn’t trust me for a moment.

Terry,
We appreciate your feedback and are very sorry to hear of your experience.
Please note that Daniels Trading is an Introducing Broker and your funds and positions are held at GAIN Capital Inc., a Futures Commission Merchant (“FCM”). Each FCM has the obligation to manage the risk of all of their customers and each FCM carries out this responsibility differently. Neither the individual broker nor the introducing broker can govern an FCM’s policy. GAIN’s policy is to automatically liquidate a customer’s positions when certain thresholds are met and your account met those thresholds. Given the fast paced nature of the futures markets, it is impossible to know which direction the market is going to move in these types of situations, and FCM’s must take a prudent approach to risk management.
We deeply value the longstanding relationship you have with your broker and with Daniels Trading and hope we can continue to be a part of your futures trading journey. If you would like to further discuss your concerns, please contact your broker or reach out to us at 800.800.3840 or [email protected].
