I ordered in November and didn't receive this in time for Christmas. I reached out twice and received no response. Finally received this January 4th. I'm not impressed with the product regardless of their terrible customer service. The quality of the photos was just not good even though I uploaded a very large file.

This company sucks and did not ship my order that I placed in NOVEMBER in time for Christmas and in fact has still not shipped and it is January. Poor communication despite me emailing support and commenting on Facebook. Truly awful service and customer communication. Then they blamed USPS which is like slander.

If I could give negative stars I would! I did my research on this company and thought it was more than a reputable company! I’ve seen many reviews recently with my same experience. Ordered on November 27th, it was supposed to be here before Christmas. USPS status showed it was scanned into the system on December 11th (which the company told me it shipped on time-it did not because the range was to ship from December 11th-13th and I got an email it was shipped on the 17th). Reached out to the company and surprisingly got an email saying that if the status with USPS didn’t change after 5 days then I could reach out for a refund or replacement. Just so you’re aware-you can only get a 50% refund because it’s personalized or a replacement. When I went to do this on the site it said I could only receive a 20% refund or choose a replacement. It’s been weeks now since I have requested a replacement and have had nothing update on their site for my order. I’ve now sent 3 emails with no responses. I have filed a claim with the post office and I’ve reached out to my credit card. This is a horrible company, DO NOT USE!!!!

This company, Dangle It, is an absolute SCAM!! I placed an order on Nov 24 and I still haven’t received it. I have tried to contact them SEVERAL times. I had one initial response about delivery and that was it. I would not recommend ordering from them.

Very disappointed. I have purchased here before with no problems. Placed an order for Christmas gifts on 27NOV24. SHOWS shipped 11DEC24 with no product received as of 04JAN25 AND no response to three separate emails.

Like other reviewers, I placed orders at the end of November and beginning of December (with expected delivery dates of pre-Xmas), and other than receiving auto-generated updates (including re delays and now a "lost" order), they have yet to reply to any of my messages to support@... I have requested, a "personal" reply, and it's been crickets for over three weeks. DO NOT do business with this company. I'm really sorry I did. UPDATE - 1/17. I finally received one of my orders. Getting there...

I’m actually very surprised that this company had so many 5 star reviews… and I DID check before ordering. The order I placed on 11/27 has still not arrived and the tracking has said “Label created, USPS awaiting item” since 12/11. I have emailed the company twice and have yet to get a response. Maybe this is a small company that was overwhelmed by Christmas orders, but it doesn’t take long to send email updates to your customers. At this point, I think I have just lost my money. I too will be contacting the BBB.

I ordered this in November with a delivery date by December 19. It was meant for a Christmas present. It arrived on Jan 3rd, too late for Christmas. I emailed the company on December 23rd, no response. I emailed them again Dec 30th, no response. Not recommended if you want this in a timely manner.
