I ordered this on 12/19. I understood it may not arrive by Christmas. Delivery dates given were 12/24-12/31. Still not received. It has been in order status for several days. The company states it may take 5 days to answer my email. Just curious is this normal?

Great comany. Never had shipping or photo issues. I've sent these to friends and they loved it. Good quality and the pictures look exactly like the photo sent! Love this product and the sweet people they have!

Today is Dec 30th and I placed an order on Nov 30th. The status has said “prepared” for the last 2 weeks with an estimated delivery date between Dec 17-23. I contacted customer service and was assured it’d be shipped last week and it hasn’t. They offered me a 20% off coupon for my next purchase to make it right, which is insulting because they just want more money when I haven’t even received my first order. I recommend staying away from this company. Despite some of the good reviews here, I don’t think they’re real and honestly think this company is fraudulent. I’ll actually be surprised if I ever receive my order.

Ordered 11/26 is in hopes that it would be here for Christmas. Website showed 12/16 - 20 for delivery. Still hasn't shipped as of 12/29. On 12/4 I received an email that it was in production. So far so good. On 12/13 I received an email saying my item had been prepared. Great! By 12/17 I had not received it, and the order portal had not been updated, so I messaged them asking about it. Response came on 12/18 saying they are experiencing higher volume of orders and ship times will be affected, but "Nevertheless, your order is now scheduled to ship out by the end of the week and should still arrive in time for Christmas :)" Messaged them again on 12/20. Didn't hear anything back. Wasn't here in time for Christmas as promised. Nothing has been updated on my order portal as well. Messaged them again on 12/27 and 12/28 asking for a refund. Still have not heard back from them despite using their support email address and their online website form.

These are SO cute. Our dog passed away recently and it is so amazing to get in our vehicles and see her beautiful face. Absolutely love these and will be definitely ordering them from now on. No issues with order and a pretty quick turnaround since I ordered before the holidays. I got the coconut smell and enjoy it as well as the black ice for my husband. Both are great.
