Delivery on time. Gig Bag was dirty in the sealed box. Not sure if it had to be resealed in transit

Excellent pickguard for my EX SS. Fast Shipping! Would have liked to have purchased the bracket and screws through D'angelico, but wasn't too difficult to find online. 5stars!

The T-shirt itself is great. Nice quality material, printing on it is nice and clear. I received notification that the product was shipping, but then the updates showed for about 3 days that ‘label was created and waiting for USPS to receive it’. Then, when it was finally shipped it took 3 days. It was shipped from Cincinnati….i live in Cincinnati. About 6 miles from the place it was shipped. So, shipping process definitely needs improving. Don’t send a “notification of shipping “ if only a label has been generated, then it sits for 3 days.

I setup me new EX1 serial number and information, and it stated that I could get 30% off accessories, once filled out. Did that online. Then it gave me 20% off on accessories. So I went to accessories and purchased a hard case for my new Premier EX1. Tried to enter the discount given. did not work. Needing the case, I paid for it. emailed sales about it. They seem to think that a hard case for one of their guitars is not an accessory, even though, it is under accessories. Change it. Dee
