I know that this is replica and sometimes error happens but the jacket that I ordered doesn’t have any back embroidery at all. Also some print are already falling apart, taking too much time with processing and get terrible product is horrible experience. However I got full refund so great customer service

This was a birthday present for my granddaughter. She’s delighted with it, and delivery to the UK was much quicker than their forecast. We thought it might arrive after her birthday but it was a good week before it. All good!

From the time of placing the order to the time I received it Danezon was updating me with status on shipping. Ordering was easy and after receiving my package and seeing how amazing it was made my shopping experience even better. And even after receiving my order they were very communicative. Best purchase ever!

Although the leather is beautifully soft & good quality the replica of the jacket was poor. The zip is the wrong colour (brass not silver) and the text has just been sewn into the leather rather than embossed like shown in all the photos.
Response from DanezonAug 19, 2026
Dear Emma, Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear that you liked the quality and softness of the leather, although we’re sorry that some details of the jacket did not meet your expectations. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the zipper and text detailing, and we’ll share it with our team for review and improvement. Warm regards, Team Danezon

What a terrible experience! Do NOT purchase from this site. I purchased something on May 13th, today is June 24th and can not get a clear and straight response on location of products and when they will be delivered! It is completely ridiculous customer service levels. Save your time and money and buy elsewhere.
Response from DanezonAug 19, 2026
Dear Stefanie, We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the delay with your order. At the time, we had already clearly communicated that the delay was due to courier-related issues and the situation in the Middle East, which affected shipments during that period. We understand that waiting longer than expected can be frustrating, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. We also always aim to provide our customers with a fair and valuable resolution when unexpected issues occur. We would appreciate the opportunity to review your order and ensure the matter was properly addressed. Warm regards, Team Danezon
