Sales agent Angela Frey was very helpful and informative. The delivery guy Josue R. was great at setting up the chair, very friendly and showed us how to navigate the remote and all it's different options.

The Daiwa Massage Chair was exactly what I was looking for! The ordering process was easy, and the white glove delivery and setup made everything flow very smoothly. I love my chair and highly recommend it!

This company was extremely easy to work with. The delivery men were exceptionally polite & did a fantastic job assembling & placing our chair in the room. Very professional! The chair itself is wonderful -- well constructed, comfortable, beautiful. The bluetooth capability, speakers, USB port, & phone charger are all really great additions. I only have one less than 5-star comment & that is that the massage doesn't do the upper back & neck well. I'm not sure if I am not doing something correctly or if it is just the chair. Fixing this issue would make it perfect! Changing my rating to 5 stars as I just needed more experience in utilizing the settings correctly 🥴

Overall, I had a great buying experience, as well a delivery experience. Everyone was super helpful. Special shout out to Terrel Doizier and Eduardo Galindez from the Atlanta area for their top notch customer service skills and careful handling of our massage chair. I would definitely recommend this company should you be in the market for a new massage chair.

So far love our chair. Delivery guys were very nice and seemed knowledgeable of the product. Received product about two weeks after the show due to a click in the chair and the company made it right.

We first saw the chair at the southern christmas show in Charlotte, my husband sat in it and really enjoyed the massage. Tested the Daiwa Hybrid Supreme at Sam's Club in Port Charlotte, FL. Angela was extemely helpful answering all my questions about this top of the line chair with all the bells & whistles. Purchased at a great price & delivered in less than a week. Jose & Fabian communicated exactly what time they would be arriving, carefully unpacked the boxes and bringing in each part not to damage any pieces. Jose explained how to remove the top piece to move it through the doorway and made sure I understood, but reassured me that the could help move to a different location in the future. He then went over the instructions for use with lots of tips, made sure I had the customer service number should I have any questions. Highly recommend this chair!
