Placed an order with them and was immediately charged, no confirmation of order or any update on shipping at all. They happily charged me 109 and then received no product. No reply from multiple emails. Edit: someone from the company replied here right away, but I have gotten no email response, no order confirmation, and have no messages in Shopify.

I ordered a 22 Momme 100% Silk Blouse. I received it a few days ago. 1- the stone detail in front is not included in front of my blouse 2- there is a small stain in front of it. I have a performance in a month and am very disappointed … order # 8734. How should I return this? I already sent u 2 emails withe picture included and u did not respond to me.

I ordered a skirt for dance on 2/6. They immediately charged my account $119. Then sent me this email: Thank you for your purchase! extremely annoyed with this brand. i don’t even remember buying anything from here or signing up via email, yet i keep receiving emails from them nonstop, every single week, for many months or maybe even a year at this point. i always click ‘unsubscribe’ from emails/marketing list but it doesn’t work, they continue to send me stuff. i had to block the contact, but i still see the spam of emails in my trash & junk folder. the email is coming from the legitimate website, so its very unprofessional of the brand to keep spamming someone who no longer wants to receive news from you. i will never be a customer of yours since you can’t respect this.

How can I return my dress. It is beautiful but it doesn’t fit. Can I get another size?

I have tried to unsubscribe numerous times from Daisy Silk, without success. Be warned: once DaisySilk has your email address, you will receive a barrage of marketing emails from them

The sizing guide provided was inaccurate. Also, very disappointed in the time it took to arrive. Then I found it was shipped from China. So returning both items and had to pay $25.00.
