I made a mistake. Well, the Shop app decided to override my new address insisting my delivery should go to the old address. Full of despair that I would never see my pink silk pajamas I took a chance and sent an email to DaisySilk customer support. Wow! They replied immediately and intervened to correct the situation. Even when the Shop App kept telling me my delivery was going to the old address DaisySilk customer support assured me they were coming to the correct address. Every step of the way they were so nice and helpful. Indeed, as promised and right on schedule my "oversized" pajamas arrived. And they are GORGEOUS! I would say they are worth every penny, especially when one factors in the excellent customer service. I have to say, this interaction with DaisySilk has really made me feel hopeful - in this AI world it is still possible to connect with a human and get specialized service. Thank you DaisySilk!
