Dear Eloise, I’m the customer service representative who has been in contact with you via email. I believe there’s been some misunderstanding that we need to clarify. Firstly, when we transferred the money to you via PayPal, we did not charge you any fees; instead, the PayPal platform deducted fees from our end. That’s why we transferred $6.2 to you, but the amount you received was slightly less because part of it was taken by PayPal. The exact amount they deduct is out of our control. When you mentioned in your email that you received less than $6.2, I specifically asked you to confirm whether you received the full $6.15 in shipping costs. Since you did not clearly reply to us, if you had said you did not receive the full $6.15, we would have definitely covered the shortfall. Regarding the issue with the side seam of the nightdress, we acknowledge that this is our fault, and we should be held accountable for any mistakes. We are sorry for the disappointing shopping experience you had. We looked into the issue with our customer service department. The product you ordered was not in stock, and it was being customized for you, leading to a longer processing time. After the logistics picked up the package on the 7th, we discovered your return request and promptly intercepted the shipment. You could kindly check the interception record with the tracking number. We thought we have sent you an email promptly to confirm whether you wanted to proceed with the return. However, after the last email we sent on 7th, we didn't receive any clear reply from you. And in the following 7 days, the package has been returned automatically after interception. Upon seeing your email on 14th, we immediately arranged for a refund.
