My main concern was that the size chart for their underwear is very different from the one we use in the United States. When my first order arrived, I complained, and offered to return the unused underwear. They declined to pay for the return shipment costs and offered me a small partial refund, as well as a coupon code to place a new order in a larger size. When I tried to use the coupon code they gave me, however, it did not work.

Placed my order two weeks ago. It said the shipping should be 5-7 business days but that has passed so I attempted to contact to ask when the shirt would be shipped but have gotten no response. I need this shirt for graduation and it’s really frustrating to pay 120$ for a shirt that’s not going to get here on time.

I ordered weeks ago and still have not received the product.

We ordered a nightgown with an alluring v neck and got a very high choking neck. Not happy. Update- It doesn’t have any adjustments. They offered to take it back but it would cost too much to mail it back so we are keeping it. It’s not bad it’s just not what we ordered. BTW, ships from China.

I ordered pajamas a couple weeks back, didn't get a confirmation code or tracking number, makes me nervous because the set wasn't cheap. I would like better communication!
