Staff were very helpful and patient in assisting me sorting out the confusion of 2 deliveries that I had. One, which I received I hadn't been informed about by the sender which caused the confusion. DAI provided the details and pictures that enabled me to sort everything out. Great customer support.

I had the pleasure of Mia, when I made contact with Daipost, and what a blessing she was. She was very prompt in all her responses and was patient with me too, as I went into panic-mode about whether my friend would receive her birthday present.
