Mostly a smooth delivery. Lovely, professional service by customer care. I wasn’t home when my parcel was first delivered, but I was notified via DHL that an attempt was made. No notice/card was left by the courier, after they attempted delivery (this now seems to be the norm in Australia, so track all your orders well!). The customer care representative from DAI Post was very easy to work with and arranged for re-delivery, as well as providing reference emails that our conversation took place. I gladly received my parcel today. Five stars to her and her team. The courier was very gruff on the intercom. I’m not sure what’s going on with them. Same issue with delivery by an Aramex courier, but their customer care team member let my parcel return to the USA! So honestly, DAI customer care is a dream in a world of crazy.

The customer service has improved massively. I had great service from Erika. There was still a battle to get all documentation and clearance resolved quickly but this is probably due to the system...

Parcel came from America and it is now here in good condition, it was an expensive purchase. It may have been a bit slower of a delivery than I expected but cannot fault the fact it arrived, Jenny always replied to my queries and was very helpful the key is just to be patient.

Everything sometimes never goes to plan - the timing of the delivery - the placement of the parcel etc. However you can count on Charmaine & Jay at DAI Post to come to the rescue. They had the issue sorted in minutes. They were very responsive and sensed that it was important to me and they where going to give their very best to help. Which they did. In the end - all sorted.

I would have given 5 stars but I was let down with the waiting time for my delivery due to the delayed at customs. Otherwise the lady named Erica Dapar supported me so much during the customs process. So shout out to her for her efficiency. Overall the company has been good.

A bit of confusion regarding a missed delivery but customer service was helpful - thanks Erica- and the package was delivered next business day.
