Not so H.
The parcel that was sent to me lost tracking on the flight over from China. From then on, no tracking updates, nothing, just waiting. It ended up being at the holding center here, but who knows when it was actually delivered there. If I had not have chased it up or urged the folk at the holding center to check for me - they were extremely reluctant without the tracking information, which I did not fully have - it would have been sent back. I would have lost out on work because of this. Customer service were great, but the actual delivery service? Not so good.

I absolutely LOATHE DAIpost. Unfortunately when I purchase rare, irreplaceable items from eBay US, eBay’s global shipping program uses DAIPost for final mile delivery. I have repeatedly had parcels left out in the middle of the busy road that I live on. Their tracking platform is extremely slow, so your parcel could be left outside for days and you wouldn’t have a clue if you can’t physically see it. I’ve had them “attempt” delivery when I’m home then they take it back to the depot and 4 business days later will reattempt delivery. I have a parcel hub directly across the street that I would prefer they just leave it there. Instead they left a parcel at a hub 4 suburbs away from me with stupid business hours that I won’t be able to access because I work full time. I call customer service and they are useless and provide generic responses (totally pointless). All this after paying on average $100-$150 in shipping fees from the US for small items. I am totally fed up with the company and it needs to be stopped. I have lodged complaints with eBay urging them to stop using DAIPost. If you are aggrieved by this company please do the same so they are boycotted.

My package was left in a completely open, random mailbox on the footpath because it didn't fit in my mailbox. It was easily accessible to anyone walking past and was subsequently stolen. The driver could have left it at my front door, which is secure and covered by security cameras, but instead chose to leave it somewhere completely inappropriate. When I contacted the company, their response was essentially, "We did what we were supposed to do," with no accountability or meaningful assistance. Extremely poor delivery practice and even worse customer service. I definitely won't be using this company again.

This company delivered my parcel to the wrong address, and now it is gone. I’ve had many parcels delivered to my address, so I’m not sure how they got it wrong. It was a present too, and now it’s no where to be seen. Very disappointed

they don't even deserve one star to be honest - today for the fourth time Daipost stuffed up a simple delivery to my home - a book I'd bought from the UK the postage charge was more than $50AUD!! I live on a main road, there is a letterbox for the house (not a unit) and a driveway for deliveries. Each and every time Daipost has been involved they stuff it up. I stayed home today to get my delivery - at 5.45 I looked at my tracking to see that it had been returned to the depot - no reason given at all. They don't even use their own drivers just contract out to dodgy looking drivers the last one's van had more hits than the Beatles! They are the worst courier company in Australia if not the world.

They left my small parcel (could have fit in my letterbox) in the complete wrong building and took 3 days to get back to me with "proof of delivery", then when I went to retrieve the parcel from around where it was left it was no longer there. Communication read like an AI bot and they closed my dispute saying I need to take it up with the seller.

box open and products inside missing. Their proof of delivery photo clearly shows a box that has been opened too
