Currently in disputes with this company over a lost parcel that apparently arrived in Brisbane and was cleared by customs on the 7/7/23. It is now the 24/07/23 and the company aren't able to locate the parcel. I have contacted their delivery partner, who are yet to receive this parcel. This is an urgent delivery as it is my wedding dress which should have arrived weeks ago. It is unacceptable, and I will be escalating this matter, as I am deeply concerned by the number of similar reviews on here. I will be contacting the sender to advise against using this provider for their international orders as the reliability and trust of their service is clearly poor. I am deeply concerned and saddened by my experience thus far.

worst shippers in the world. Parcel arrived quickly into Australia from the USA and once DAI got involved thats where it all went wrong. parcel goes missing for 5 weeks and then magically gets delivered after threats of action against them. never ever use these guys for sending and advise all shippers to avoid them.

I want to give 0 stars. I ordered a few items from Victoria Beckham and I have been tracking it for a month. I didn’t receive any text or mail regarding the delivery and when I track the item number it’s showing ‘delivered’.

They lost my package. I live in NSW. They sent the package to Victoria, showing it arrived in Melbourne depo on 19/4/23. I called a few times and communicated with support using email. Daipost blames its contractor and not taking responsibility. I Called Daipost on 2/5/23, and they suggested that I will call their contractor, "Currier Please". The same story: We are conducting a search, which will take 24 hours. Basically, my package is lost since 19/4/23 and all I get is very sorry we understand.

Regarding delivery of my consignment from the UK, I received an email from Australia Post on 25 January 2023 advising: It’s on its way From DAI Post Tracking number 33YAT1013*** Expected Monday 30 Jan 2023 – Wednesday 01 Feb 2023* What happened after that, I'll never know. It disappeared into thin air. My consignment was sent from the UK via Startracks (using the Transglobal Express platform) and when it arrived in Brisbane was handed over to DAI POST. I followed up Australia Post's 25 March email but they couldnt find it - advising by email on 16 February: "We have continued to monitor this parcel, however, after speaking with our facilities, we still do not appear to have any physical scans of it - only the digital scans. Whilst we take this in good faith that the sender has actually sent the parcel, we are unable to confirm that we have received the physical item from them into our system. This may also indicate an issue during the handover process between us and your sender, regardless, due to timeframe and lack of scans we must regrettably now deem this Lost in Transit." I asked Transglobal Express to investigate. They established that Startracks passed it onto DAI POST where I suspect it fell into a black hole within DAI until 10 March - 43 days after it arrived in Brisbane, when suddenly I hear from DAI POST. They send me an invoice to pay duty to "Consol Alliance" (who are they?) and collect the goods from "Navia Logistics - 859-901 Kingsford Smith Drive, Eagle Farm, QLD 4008" Who the hell are THEY too???? So... after 43 days waiting I collected the goods. BUT: Why did it take so long for DAI POST to contact me? Why did the consignment need to go through 2 other companies on its way to me? Are freight company's a scam? Or a front for something else? Look at the reviews here. How is this company STILL in business? Why are other freight companies still using DAI? What the hell IS going on?
