The downside of the delivery service is that it is outsourced too many time... There was language barrier with the courier personnel resulting in the delivery failure too. Customer Service was helpful in trying to get our parcel delivered. Fretzie Aton helped us when our parcel failed to be delivered multiple time. Her response to our email was prompt. And she helped us to communicate with the delivery team until our parcel was successfully delivered.

Parcel finally arrived from USA in a timely manner but delivery was to wrong address ,Erika was on the case to sort it out when the person who received my package delivered it to me , very grateful .

I have an hour left before the my parcel needed to be delivered and and the lady on the phone was very patient with me and emailed the courier and 15 minutes before the end the time it arrived so I was very happy about that

Had a parcel coming from the US being handled by three different delivery agents, the last being DAI Post in Australia. The parcel went astray in its travels. Couldn't get any help from the others but DAI Post were contactable and very responsive. I had direct email updates from the customer service team, well ahead of what was available through the on-line tracking portal. Excellent service! Having said that, the on-line tracking information was limited and not very timely (at times), and the final leg delivery timeframe seemed a little slow. The package arrived in good condition, so no problem there, but was just left on the front doorstep with no announcement such as a doorbell ring, etc. It was obvious someone was home at time, so I would have thought this possible Nevertheless, all good. The Customer Care team support was excellent - best I've ever had from a courier. Thanks Mary & Fretzie - great job!

Erika was amazing. My package never got delivered and she kept updating me while she was figuring out where it was. It finally got delivered a month later and I’m sure it was because she continued to check up and enquire about it.

I ordered from the UK recently and the package was delivered to the wrong address. That being said our address is a tricky one and often people go to the wrong house. The customer service team from DAI Post were very helpful and followed up with the details of the delivery, were able to provide a photo of the package and house it was delivered to, which meant I could chase it up.

Ebay purchase, shipping through DHL who subcontracted to DAIPOST. Two missed delivery attempts made and tracking advised package was being returned to sender. Contact DAIPOST and customer service located the packaged and arranged for it to be redelivered immediately and then followed up to confirm receipt. Very happy with customer service.
