Quite Satisfied with the response to my inquiries from Stephanie. I’m sure she was doing her best in the circumstances. As far as the time it took for this package to be delivered once it had cleared customs in Melbourne on 21/1 and then was handed to DAI was completely ridiculous and incompetent. 17 days for DAI to complete delivery. Unbelievable. DAI need to do a lot better than that.

Not a bad courier, but not as reliable compare to other courier who has collection depo if you miss the delivery. Erika is very helpful to locate my Parcel which is delayed for very long time.
