Marked a parcel from eBay as delivered, but of course it wasn't. The tracking on website indicated "delivered, left in safe space" and back dated the delivery after it fell 24 hours overdue. Customer service is unresponsive. You can't make any sort of PayPal claim, because it's officially "delivered". This is where we are today, total incompetence, dishonesty, or both. Zero star rating.

⁷Continue changes to the delivery dates without consultation which seemed to be a result of a previous complaint made 24 hours earlier. I have screen shots of the expected delivery dates only to have it changed without notification. These guys are a joke and aren't concerned by your negative feedback. I will be contacting the seller to change their choice of courier services. Previous Military 1st used Amarex Sydney,but they changed after repeated advice from Australian customers. Stay away from DAI they are worse than Couriers Please.

UTTER SHAMBLES!! Dreadful service. I was initially given a tracking number stating my package was out for delivery. 2 months later the package was at the DAI loading facility, again stating the package was in transit. DIA Post finally, admitted that the package was lost and that I should contact the seller (in America) and the case was CLOSED!! DO NOT USE DAI!!!

Awful service. I did not receive any notification to let me know that my parcel had arrived. The first notification I received indicated that it was going to be taken to a depot. I called immediately to find out where I could collect it and to ensure that it would not be returned to the sender. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, someone finally answered but could not properly address my questions. The call then mysteriously disconnected. Afterwards, I sent three emails and received no response. I tried calling again and waited for approximately an hour, but nobody answered. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. The lack of communication and customer service has been appalling.

For the 2nd time. They communicated they had my goods, small box Beetroot Supplement. 2 weeks later confirmed address. 2nd time round. Exact same scenario. Then go cold, same as before. Only difference this time they said they had sent thegoids back to USA. Last time they said they had destroyed the goods. BEETROOT PILLS for goodness sake! Ive never exoerienced such shocking Customer Service & lies! If I could give them a minus rating I would. This has been going on since June!

Offshore customer service is very kind and probably doing their best. DAI post itself, as you will see from other reviews, is a joke. I put in an address change request days prior to the ETA, so they tried to deliver it to the original address which was a PO box which they don't have access to because they aren't Australia Post. I received an email that said I would be contacted within 1 day on the day that I put in the request. That never happened, it's been 3 days now. They said they would give me instructions on how to pick it up, that never happened. So my parcel is being held hostage somewhere that I have no idea where and I can't even go pick it up or get so much as an email to let me know what I can do. Just assistance from offshore customer service agents who, again, are probably doing their best with what they have to work with. And judging by how this company seems to consistently operate, isn't very much. I guess I'll just buy another item and return the one I bought in 6 months if it's still within the return window. 6 months is an estimate on them actually delivering the item. There is like 0.5 efficiency and 0 hustle on their end. eBay contracts with Asendia. I don't even know if that's a good company.. I would guess not if they contract through DAI Post. Must be the cheapest option. Well hey Asendia, you get what you pay for and right now you're paying for angry customers and lost packages. Pretty sweet

Already paid GST at checkout with eBay but DAI demanded GST paid to them again - refused to provide proof that GST was due on arrival. Said they will destroy the item if GST is not paid - instead of just sending the invoice upfront like other delivery companies. Took many days for invoice to be created, took weeks for them to process payment, blaming 'customs clearance'

I was home all day and was awake since 5 am. No one rang my bell or anything ( 100% it works, as my friends just rang it yesterday)! I got no email/updates. Later in the afternoon, when I tracked my delivery, it was delivered to a shop on that same day? WHY? I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED FOR DELIVERY IF I WANTED TO GO PICK IT UP.
