Item cannot be located 14 days after arrival. Disappointed that eBay global shipping program uses DAI Post. No help or empathy from DAI Post’s offshore call centre. The pessimist in me thinks DAI Post staff stole the item, whilst the optimist thinks the item somehow got lost. Vendors, please consider using Australia Post instead of DAI Post.

Extremely slow delivery (still haven't received the item) and poor communication, but are very quick to "close the case" once they answer your enquiry which didn't solve anything in the first place. Don't be deceived by the fake google accounts 5 star reviews.

I shipped two packages from USA to Australia through fanatics shop and none of them arrived to my friend. They give you fake tracking numbers and the parcels moves once a month and not even to the proper locations. Horrible customer service. They tell you get a refund from the sender! Never use DAI. I am sure they steal packages. They should be investigated by authorities.

My expensive ultralight tent went missing, never received it. The customer service number you ring is in the Philippines and they gave me the runaround. I had to call everyday as they never responded to email or called me back. Eventually received an email stating” parcel lost case closed” SHAME ON YOU DAI NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

it took 6 weeks to arrived then my package was damaged told dai post and past it off as the sender who damaged it and said to go through them if i wanted a refund and proceeded to close the case so my warning is if you are buying from a company who uses dai post i would buy somewhere else
