Terrible service. First i was blamed for non delivery, then they blamed the sender who has sent me dozens of packages over many years without issue. When provided with the details they claim they were lacking and a request for followup within half an hour of them claming sender error, they could not even confirm receipt of this information before close of business (6 hours) Refusing to take any sort of accountability for your staff and instead blaming people who have a track record of doing exactly the right thing is a terrible look. Previous deliveries have been at completly inapropriate times, for example 9:30 PM or sunday at lunch time. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Never heard about this company before until i ordered something and unfortunately it was sent through Daipost. The slowest and most horrible to deal with. The staff does their best with no results. My parcel has been with the driver since April 9th and no one can give me an update. I do not recommend using this poor courier services. It almost feels like a scam. I hope they read this

I truly believe this company needs to be shut down. The most horrible exp ever..!!! The self assess everything and ask you to pay ridiculous fees that they make up to make money off you. When you ask for proper proof of Government documents they will take all day, probably to photo shop a document to make it look legit just to try make money off you. When custom taxes are usually much lower, these guys will try to make you pay double to make another $ out of you.

Horrible!! The only parcel status was 23/1 at there facility and nothing til now. Raised on 1/2 keep saying waiting feedback from the team but follow up! Deliver what I bought!!

Horrible experience with this company. Ordered an eBay item early December from the UK, posted 11th Dec, tracking stops at a depot in Sydney 21st Dec. Called three times and a case filed. Lie after lie about when it will arrive. No update on tracking. No update on my case. Send me a plane ticket from Melbourne and I'll come to Bankstown and get it from the depot myself. This is a one-off rare/discontinued item that cannot simply be reordered. You have my package. Please deliver it!

They said they tried to deliver but my address was wrong. The address was correct and I was home all day

Poor customer service, poor delivery service I am still waiting for my parcel. The tracking parcel status shows undeliverable-unsafe to leave at address. cmon, I'm at home and noone ring my door bell. so what nonsense status was that. Contact the SG contact number and was an invalid number. Email them and no response. I want to know where is my parcel now!!! What kind of courier service is that?

Never received two expensive pairs of sunglasses! Suspect systemic thievery by delivery drivers, I've never had any package stolen in my life...
