If I could leave zero stars I would! How is this company legit!?? They are holding my parcel which arrived from the UK about 4 weeks ago. They are saying it's being held at biosecurity, no other information provided! Then they email me to inform me that an inspection fee of $200 is needed to clear it or it will be disposed of. Are they kidding!! I said no and requested that the parcel be returned to sender so that I can at least request a refund. All I got is they will forward my request to the team and deemed the case closed. Hah!! This is absolutely ridiculous and I can't do a thing about it. This company needs looking into. Avoid!! What a scam!!

Australia Post has the moniker "We Deliver" Daipost is "We Don't". Simply deplorable.

The retailer (where ever they were) provided a tracking number that only ever stated that the parcel had been shipped, no updates after that at any stage. Instead we received a barrage of bogus looking text from [Au post] stating that the address needed to be updated or was wrong or similar and click on this link, looked just like a scam. Nothing wrong with the address. I am guessing Daipost does not delivery parcels, they just dump it on Australia Post and leave them and the customer to work it out. Oh, the only other contact was from a bogus looking number sending a recoding message. We had no choice on this company and would never, at any stage use them voluntarily.

Avoid this crappy so-called courier at all costs. My parcel arrived from Canada to Australia in 3 days; it got stuck at Dai Post for over ten days. The tracking is updated with almost a day of delay and includes no information to tell you where your parcel is. There is also no phone number to contact them, and nobody responds to the online form enquiries. WHAT A JOKE!

DAIpost claimed they had passed the freight onto a third party contractor in Sydney. The company they passed onto in Sydney has the exact same phone number as DAIpost in melboune and website for this third party company no longer exists. Couldnt deliver to a Business as 'no safe place'. Its a scam. No tracking no customer service and fake companies as a cover.

Package left outside apartment building with no attempt to contact me via intercom. 2nd time this has happened. Lazy and unreliable.

Lost in transit, which I knew 4 weeks ago. The worst postage company ever!! I don't know how DHL E Commerce can ever be part of this!! DHL lift your f**king game!!

It is hard to imagine they are still in business. Parcels go into a holding pattern for days on end with no tracked movement within their system. The customer service team are friendly on the phone, but lack any knowledge of where missing parcels are and make promises to provide follow up that remains unfulfilled. Most frustrating to deal with!!!
