Should be zero! Still waiting on a parcel for our business that arrived in Aus on Dec 6th. DAI blamed customs - now it is in their hands - but they just keep sending emails and getting no replies form their delivery department. I was told yesterday that my issue had been escalated, and management would ring me - another lie - no phone call. Phone calls elicit the response, our colleague 'Charmaine' is looking after your case. Charmaine is doing nothing! I will keep ringing - not good for my blood pressure but we need our parcel. Most dishonest and useless company, claims to be Australian - as if. Plus, I don't believe the recent spate of positive reviews are genuine.

If there were an award for "Most Incompetent and Dishonest Delivery Company in the Universe," DAI Post would win hands down. My experience with them has been nothing short of a tragic comedy, except I’m not laughing because they’ve effectively stolen my daughter’s Christmas present which has been held hostage by what can only be described as a delivery company run by amateurs or worse yet...scammers Let’s break down the trainwreck that DAI Post calls "tracking updates." According to their fictional timeline: -They claim my package was "out for delivery" on 24 December, but it magically never showed up. -They then said it was "unsafe to leave at the address." My address is not in the middle of a war zone; it’s a quiet suburban street. I was home the entire day waiting like a hawk for the package and no one came. -Next they said the address was incorrect which is another convenient but complete lie -Fast forward to 3 January, and the package has apparently been "returned to the final mile carrier facility" yet again. What does that even mean? This isn’t just bad service. It’s practically a step by step playbook of how to run a business if your goal is to build a of angry customers. What really grinds my gears is the absolute silence from their customer service team. They run you around in circles give you non stop word salad, & of course are not based in Australia. So the question begs to be asked: WHO ACTUALLY OWNS DAI POST? It’s clear from their practices and the sheer volume of similar reviews on other platforms that this company operates with zero integrity.

ZERO stars should be an option. Horrific experience. They state my packages could not be delivered on multiple accounts but my home security camera shows that no said driver attempted any delivery. They will only try to redeliver if you schedule it?!? How would someone know to do so? Such bs!!!

Horrendous corrupt company. I would strongly reccomend never using this company. After my parcel not being delivered returned to final mile of what ever I have spent hours on the phone to their horrendous customer service who have lied Multiple times saying my parcel has attempted to be delivered and it never has. They have zero idea about the geographical areas and I honestly think they use Google maps as the guy said “yeah he parked at the gas station as he couldn’t be through the gate” I was like there’s no gas station anymore an zero gate. Every time I had spoken to them they advised it’s urgently being delivered and it will be with me tomorrow and then say no the driver tried are you calling the drivers liars. After reading other reviews and how People have gone through similar I honestly think they just keep peoples parcels. They are so rude and it’s just been a farce from start to finish. I’m gutted I’ll never get my Christmas package from home

If I could give no stars, I would. Cheap, subcontracted delivery drivers. Parcels thrown out out van windows and onto the footpath and really slow dispatch. My parcel was ruined as it was left out on the stairs to the house in a rainy day. No use of common sense

Waiting waiting waiting - 3 weeks now when it is supposed to be in Brisbane. Cant get through on the phone, no response to email. The sender will take no responsibility for potential loss. I do think that a complaint to Consumer Affairs and any other relevant govt department should be made by every person who has reviewed on here.

Had my pacels stolen twice. They don't even ring the doorbell when they're here. I doubt they even come to the address. Huge scam. Avoid at all costs.

My parcel was received by DAI post on 28 November 2024 and still has not been delivered (18 December)
