It took 4 months for a small parcel to arrive from Melbourne to Mareeba. It has travelled more of this country than I have. It travelled twice to Cairns and Melbourne twice, and heaps of places in between. The parcel did not arrive in its original bag, so I could not see if the address was written right or if there was a phone number attached, so I could have been notified of a problem. Your scanning system is way behind, as I had received the parcel, then once I returned home and jumped on the tracking, it still had it arrived in Cairns when there were 3 scans missing 1. Leaving Cairns in transit 2. Arrived at destination 3. Been delivered. If it wasn't for your support team, I wouldn't have either of the 2 parcels, nor would I have the 3rd coming. Jay, your response has been amazing, can't thank you enough, and quick to respond, needs a pay rise, great customer service, make sure you acknowledge their worth please. 5 Star Jay

I belong to a group that collects limited edition items. Unfortunately our manufacturer puts all over the outer box what is inside. Once these items arrive in Australia over 1 in every 10 disappear once handed to delivery persons. When tracking DAI repeatedly lie about whereabouts of item both in email and phone calls. Totally untrustworthy. Contacted police after 3 limited edition items went missing since September. It's never the cheap ones. DAI refuse to give name of drivers. Went back to my group and my experience is not just mine. Seems to be a common thread of items going missing between hand off to delivery person. These parcels come from US and make it all the way only to go missing in last 20 km. Repeatedly. DAI palm you off to seller who refund but due to limited editions cannot replace. Only option is to buy on ebay at 1000 percent mark up. Mine is not isolated, DAI don't care as they said in email the agreement is to send you back to seller, and they still get paid. DO NOT USE THEM for anything precious or irreplaceable. I have contacted manufacturer and begged them to stop letting everyone know what's inside but they are not interested either it appears. In all my decades never had this issue until AusPost and other started sub contracting out their services to guys in private cars filled to brim with parcels doing deliveries. No identification and no accountability. At least AusPost have some knowledge. Don't use DAI as they could not care less even when their own tracking shows item going round in circles they create to make it look like they know where item is Multiple emails multiple calls and in the end just fobbed off with tough.. And the much praised Erika lied to me, danced me around and never told me once item was missing in numerous emails or addressed any questions I asked. Seems like Erika only works well when drivers don't steal the items

If you have any opportunity to deal with DAI, don't. If you parcel is sent from overseas and handed to DAI, don't hold hope you will ever see it. I had a parcel sent from the US of an item that only one exists in the world. Contacted DHL who confirmed it had landed in Australia and given to DAI. DAI claimed on multiple occasions that it never left the US. They have lost it and can only tell lie after lie.

Terrible company. Item got marked as delivered but didn’t receive it. Apparently you just have to take the work of the delivery person that they delivered the item despite the fact they can not provide any proof of delivery.

These guys are thieves, they have made up an excuse saying due to weather they couldn’t deliver. How can two parcels orderd at 2 different times can get lost with the same company. If I wanted refund than why would I pay money to get stuff??They have stolen the parcel and lying to people that its lost. Iam absolutely disgusted with this act. The parcel contained something special for my family. It's heart breaking. These people need to be under investigation and I suggest no one should partner with these grubs. Erica was very rude to deal with as she got angry with us trying to locate the parcel. I still want this parcel, what happened to my parcel is still a mystery. We ordered it on 25 Feb, had we not enquired they would have not gotten back to us at all!! Be very very careful!! Most trusted Australia post, at least they are reliable.

3 parcels ordered - issues with all of them. First parcel listed as "returned to sender" as they tried to deliver to a business outside of business hours. Spent 1.5 weeks arguing through chat /email only for the parcel to turn up randomly almost 2 weeks later. They supplier also had it listed as returned to sender. Second parcel was delivered about 8.00pm, left through a gap in the business fence that was reachable from outside by anyone walking past. Absolutely no care at all. Company deemed that as a successful delivery. Third parcel listed as delivered, once again at night to a business address. Was not at the office door the next morning. Discussion again started to find out where it was. parcel was delivered mid morning the next day so drivers are marking as delivered maybe to hit quota marks. Should probably take the positive that at least all parcels turned up. The worst courier company I have ever dealt with.

Leave without signature doesn't mean leaving the package in anywhere else other than the unit door itself. Such irresponsible and and inconsiderate way the package was left. Not even owning up to their actions and does not reflect the company's tagline of reliability and accountability. Shame.

Ordered my package to my work address. They marked my package as "attempted to deliver but unsafe to leave" and then returned it to the sender. I was at work all day and no one even knocked so it is clear the driver didn't even try to deliver it. Now I have to wait even longer for my parcel when it's already been 2.5 weeks and tbh, I don't even know if I'm going to get it at all. Avoid at all costs
