Honestly, how incompetent can you get! Several times now they have listed "cannot deliver as no one is home" that's a blatant lie since I'm at home waiting, no one has knocked or buzzed our door. Then they go to the wrong address around the corner about two houses up and too lazy to walk down and do it properly so again i dont get my stock Won't let me go to them to get my package, I honestly can't believe how useless they are.

Absolutely shocking service, my parcel was delivered at 11:35pm, they have said it was delivered at 7:35pm but clearly wasn’t. It was just put on the porch for everyone to see, not even slightly hidden. it was very valuable to me and it was then stolen, I have emailed and they have been no help. It’s their fault for leaving MY parcel on the porch. They aren’t taking any accountability for it, none at all. I am absolutely appalled by their service.

Hi Dai, thanks for being very very very very incompetent at what you are doing. It's been two months with many many many reasons the package was never going to be delivered on time when in fact everything is well written, heck it's Singapore, everybody can find any address. I will not use your service nor will I ever recommmend anyone to use shitty DAI POST. Now eat my package! Regards, Your very pissed former customer.

You better hope if you use customs this company isn’t the one dealing with it. My advice if you’re deciding to send with this company. Don’t. Unless you’re content with your parcel arriving late or not at all! I don’t even know if this is a real company or not as my parcel was meant to arrive 5/6 weeks ago and I still have no update on what’s happening.

Appalling customer service. Parcel never delivered. No response to sender or me. Avoid them at all costs.

On the DAI Post website, they say ‘we pride ourselves on reliable and cost-effective service. They go on to say - We know e-commerce. Our team takes care of your parcel from origin, right through to hand over for local delivery. Sounds good, doesn’t it? But sadly, it’s untrue. There was no hand over delivery with my package, instead they just left it on the doorstep in full view of the street and took a photograph for their records. Hardly surprising it was taken. Then when I contacted them, I received a reply to say we are committed to responding to all inquiries within 1 business day. Well, you guessed it – they didn’t deliver on that promise either. In fact, the days passed, and they never responded at all. So, I was forced to contact them a second time. At least on this occasion they did contact me the next day. No, it wasn’t a phone call, just an email with a photograph of the package left on my doorstep. When I wrote back to say this does not meet the definition – ‘proof of delivery’ Their response was to send me a notification that stated - ‘the case has been resolved and is considered closed'. Their claim to be 'end-to-end parcel delivery specialists' is a joke.
