Initially had bad impression because my package said the address was incorrect (even though I knew it wasn't) and I couldn't found how to contact someone to ask why my parcel wasn't delivered. But when I did finally find an email address, I had wonderful service from Scott and my parcel was delivered the next day :)

Rescheduled delivery due to fail contact however I was at home the whole time, no ringing bell or phone. However the customer service was great.

Sean, from the customer service department was extremely professional & very helpful. Sean stayed in constant contact with me, via email & follow up phone calls. The (courier) driver delivering the parcel , was not good at all . If the courier driver had done his job in the first place , then he could have save a us a lot of angst . Sean from customer service was the person who saved the day. The warehouse man ( where I went to collect the parcel ) was also very helpful. I gave a 3 purely due to the overall customer experience. Sean from customer service 10/10! The courier driver 0/10 !

Item stuck at customs for far too long but courier was helpful and provided daily updates even though it was same message every day.

The delivery from DHL didn’t arrive as I was expecting. I used the tracking system and it didn’t show anything after a delivery date, just waiting to be picked up. That pick up point turned out was in VIC and I’m in SA. Never got an update. I contacted the company and never got a reply. I rang customer service who gave me the contact number and tracking number for DAI. I rang customer service and spoke to Jai. He helped me find where my parcel was and gave me the local address where I was then able to pick it up. Jai was excellent, but why wasn’t I notified about where I could pick it up from? And it was supposed to be delivered to my postal address. Why wasn’t it?

Customer service centre was very good & kind but the delivery got quite frustrating as they keep trying to attempt delivery to an apartment & leaves without any effort of ringing the bell of the apartment. On third attempt I had to begggg the customer service to leave my parcel anywhere near my apartment so that I can just pick it up. I think it's best for them to have some collection points nearby every address, to avoid long delivery time. It took them 3.5 weeks & 3 attempts to deliver my item! .

The person (Erika) who answered my query & indeed found my parcel and got it delivered was excellent. The wait from when the parcel arrived in Australia to my receiving was not. I imagine the customer facing service staff get this complaint a lot.
