My parcel (from the USA) had arrived in Melbourne, cleared customs and was being processed for delivery. DAI Post were most helpful in determining the status of the process, and when delivery should take place. I appreciated being able to speak with someone, rather than communicating with a bot. The local delivery organisation was CouriersPlease. You cannot speak with anyone there, and often any communications via a bot are not responded to in a timely manner.

My parcel was stuck with customs due to a rather lackluster description from ebay. Stephanie from DAI reached out and supported the clearance of my parcel through customs. The parcel was UNM - unmanifested and required a comprehensive goods description. Stephanie was really prompt in her replies and very professional in how she engaged with both myself and customs. I would trust DAI with my international goods.

My package had, initially, dispatched with the incorrect address. Initial correspondence with DAI was difficult and negative. However when Stephanie got involved everything changed for the better. She was fantastic and her communication was clear and professional. Once Stephanie got involved my packaged was delivered quickly. Initially a very disappointing experienced saved by Stephanie’s professionalism.

Super easy to contact and very responsive with replies both email and the phone. Very happy with this company

I contacted DAI post regarding my address being wrong although it had already been sent out for delivery. I was helped by Charmaine. I had been trying to correct my address for over a week and had no luck. She was very helpful and kept in contact with me all day, up until it was delivered. She went out of her way to contact the delivery driver directly through other avenues to get me my package. 10/10.

Jay from customer service is fantastic at his job

My parcel from the US was detained by customs on a random check the agent (Geraldine) reached out to me, stepped me through the clearance process, and kept me up to date the entire time. The parcel was subsequently released without incident, and delivered asap after that. Full marks to all.
